Chimney Cake is famous for being their oldest pastry in Hungary, originating in nearby Transylvania. Today, its' aroma and delicious taste has made it the most popular food product in marketplaces, fairs, shows and expos in all of Europe.

Chimney Cakes are made from scratch using the finest ingredients, and hand rolled onto individual wooden cylinders. They are baked on the cylinders in a special rotisserie oven.

Once baked, the chimney cakes can be flavored with a variety of tastes - cinnamon, pecan, coconut, chocolate or caramelized.
